The workouts are much heavier than I imagined but I am so happy because that just means progress and improvement. On the other hand, what if I missed some were lessons, took 6 lessons covering 16 credits this semester, and I'm really not feeling, is not nothing heavy, the UP did not have a day off, were read daily, 3 or 4 weekly tests, practical work, essays, etc ... here I feel like back in high school.
