In 1998, BBC sent an adventurer, Michael Wood on a journey of 20,000 miles. The objective: the footsteps of Alexander the Great from Macedonia to the ends of the earth at that time in India.
Today, 10 years later, all my following posts are just a small circumference tribute to the greatest man, general, conqueror and dreamer who has set foot on Earth. Alexander III of Macedonia, justly called "the Great" was one of those men whose greatness was such that he died to just 32 years.
was never defeated in battle, his men loved him as much as they loved him. This is not a common history since it is not an ordinary man, is the story of the man who conquered most of the world before the age of 30, is the history of man for whom the world was not enough.
